Does anyone else have a feeling they completely forgot about this? I mean, wasn't there something hinting that she's bulimic, but now it's totally being ignored?

I think she was in a good place for a while and then she was too busy trying to take care of Chuck. Maybe now that a lot of things have fallen apart for her, it'll find its way back to the storyline.

I hope so, it looked interesting (I can be sadistic with my TV characters, I know).

In the books they mentioned it quite frequently- it's a big tell for her characters control issues. I think that the other characters flaws and deeper feelings need to be exposed more. This season gives me the feeling like they are a wee bit contrived and coming off more as charicatures of themselves a little. Except Chuck- and Ed is acting the pants off of it as well.

I want to see how Chuck would react to knowing about Blair's bulimia. Because I kind of found it hypocritical when Blair was preaching to Chuck about believing in himself when she's had the biggest self-esteem issues on the show. So I would really like to see them address that.

I get the feeling Chuck would be pissed. Which, you know, would give the writers a chance to show that Chuck is learning to care more about others than himself. Lol, I wish the CW would pay attention to me as well. Razz

Ever since I watched the first season's Thanksgiving episode I have been wanting more... I think they handled that scene very well, it showed just enough to make you feel for Blair but didn't show too much. The flashbacks were just the right balance of her being 'normal' and then showing how insecure she really is...

I really want to know more about her bulimia, and I too would LOVE for Chuck to find out. I think that this would actually be a good time for the writers to have her relapse--she's given up on Chuck, Yale almost slipped out of her reach twice in the last two episodes while Serena was accepted immediately... Not to mention that her father now thinks a little less of her. I think her current situation is ripe for her to slip back into old habits.

At the same time, though, I'm worried that if they did pick up this storyline, they would beat it to death. But I would like at least a mention of it.
